The PCO was founded by parents in 2010 to create a parent/caregiver partnership in order to enhance the CIS family-school-community and tackle some of the the unique issues surrounding a commuter school.
Through a once-a-year fundraiser, the PCO (a 501c3 – a non-profit organization able collect and disperse donated funds to the school tax-free) collects monies to distribute to the CIS community to further the group’s mission.
Below is a two-page form that all individuals and/or organizations must fill out to be considered to be eligible to receive PCO funding.
Please send completed forms to cispco-funding@googlegroups.com and someone will respond within two weeks.
